Appleton Beef farm Lincoln Red Cattle at Manor House Farm, East Appleton, with glorious views of the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors.

Our animals are naturally reared, fed on a grass diet with no additives and no growth supplements.

Lincoln Reds are renowned for their supreme beef. Hung for 3 to 4 weeks before butchering with the meat is tender, nicely marbled and rich in flavour - like good old beef used to be.
