We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new Lincoln Red Beef box for 2020, complete with roasting joints, beef mince, steaks and diced beef – everything you need to create delicious dishes for every occasion. The grass-fed beef guarantees high-quality cuts.
We are passionate about sustainability, and this great range of cuts means all our beef is going straight into our boxes directly to you, with zero waste.
Due to every animal being unique, box contents may vary in weight and contents due to availability. Where this is the case, we will always substitute for a greater value cut of meat, and/or increased weight of the box.

How It Works...
From Farm
The cattle are slowly and naturally reared outside on a grass and forage-fed diet. We keep a small suckler herd of cows, which conceive and give birth naturally once a year.
Once the cattle are weaned they are free to graze in clover-rich pastures all year round. Our cattle enjoy their free-range lifestyle for around 30 months (that's double the length of commercially farmed cattle).
The Journey
We use a local abattoir, which holds the highest accreditations and standards of food safety and animal welfare (AHDB's Quality Standard Mark).
Our butcher is a small, family-run business and are farmers themselves. Proudly, we have partnered with them for over a decade now. They share our values and adhere to the highest food standards.
To Fork
The meat is hung for at least 21 days before it is butchered. Our butcher then makes use of every part of the animal, ensuring that nothing goes to waste. This is why boxes may differ in contents, because every animal is unique
The boxes are packaged up and shipped the very next morning. The meat arrives fresh to your door, ready to be frozen or cooked.
